Questions about pricing
How does enodoHealth pricing work?
Solo, Group, and Clinic are billed per active practitioner. Monthly unit prices are CAD $39.99, $49.99, and $59.99. Annual billing saves 15% on the per-practitioner unit price. Group and Clinic bill at least two practitioners. Every self-serve plan begins with a 30-day trial and includes the connected enodoCare and enodoAlly experience.
Do all plans include the same product experience?
Every plan includes enodoCare, enodoAlly, and gift-card sales alongside scheduling, billing, messaging, reminders, mood tracking, AI-assisted summaries, assessments, weekly summaries, and pre-session reports. Team and financial capabilities differ: Solo is for solo practice, Group adds team management and Team Reports, and Clinic adds advanced Financials, finance role, audit visibility, configurable approvals, and unlimited coupons.
Are connected patients billed?
No. Connected patients are included on every published plan and are never billed as overage. A connected patient is a patient with an accepted, active organization–patient link during care.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After the trial, the selected monthly or annual per-practitioner plan is charged unless canceled. Only active practitioner memberships drive billable quantity. Admin-only and billing-only users and pending invitations do not create practitioner charges. Connected patients remain included.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent conversion to paid billing. Paid cancellation prevents the next renewal, subject to the Customer Agreement and applicable law.
Is enodoAlly included in the published plans?
Yes. Published plans include enodoCare and the complete enodoAlly patient app for appointments, private messages, payments, receipts, documents, tasks, assessments, check-ins, guided journaling, and wellness support.
Is this pricing meant for solo therapists or group practices?
Both. Solo supports one practitioner. Group is the recommended team plan with no self-serve practitioner maximum and a two-practitioner minimum. Clinic is the financial governance tier with the same per-practitioner scaling and no practitioner maximum.
Do I need a custom quote right away?
