Questions about pricing
How does enodoHealth pricing work?
Solo, Group, and Clinic are available with monthly base billing or 15% savings on the annual base plan. Every self-serve plan begins with a 30-day trial and includes the connected enodoCare and enodoAlly experience.
Do all plans include the same product experience?
Yes. All plans include the full enodoCare experience, including patient app access, scheduling, billing, messaging, reminders, mood tracking, AI-assisted summaries, assessments, weekly summaries, and pre-session reports.
How are connected patients counted?
A connected patient counts once per organization when the patient accepts the enodoAlly invitation, patient terms, and clinic-link consent and the link is active during a paid billing cycle. Each plan includes an allowance, with additional connected patients billed monthly in arrears.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After the trial, the selected monthly or annual base plan is charged unless canceled. Only active practitioner memberships beyond the included allowance are charged; admin-only and billing-only users and pending invitations do not create practitioner charges. Practitioner seats and connected-patient overages remain monthly even when the base plan is annual.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent conversion to paid billing. Paid cancellation prevents the next renewal, subject to the Customer Agreement and applicable law.
Is enodoAlly included in the published plans?
Yes. The published plans include the enodoCare workflow plus the enodoAlly support layer for reminders, mood tracking, summaries, and pre-session context.
Is this pricing meant for solo therapists or group practices?
Both. Solo supports one practitioner, Group supports up to five practitioners, Clinic supports up to ten practitioners, and organizations with eleven or more practitioners can discuss Custom pricing.
Do I need a custom quote right away?
Not necessarily. Organizations with up to ten practitioners can use the published self-serve plans. Custom is intended for eleven or more practitioners or negotiated service requirements.
